REALIZING THE HOME OWNERSHIP DREAM 
The purchase of the family home is often the biggest purchase one will make in their lifetime. My job as an agent has many roles. First is to educate you on the home buying process, then help you find your very own special home, and negotiate on your behalf. Upon offer acceptance, I go to work on ensuring the home has been represented correctly and no serious issues exist; you are always safe and insured with me as your agent. It can be a anxious time for buyers, so I explain what to expect. So there are no surprises - ever. There are times a smooth real estate transaction is just not possible due to differing circumstances, but that is always my goal.
 
Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I spent my early years living on the Naval Base in China Lake Naval Weapons Ctr. where my dad worked for DoD as an electronic engineer. His work was always "secret" and very important to our nation's defense. My father was my hero - and the finest man I have ever known.  
 
A few of my childhood details would include 8 years of classical piano training & recitals, starting at the age of 7.  Participated in my elementary and middle school's MGM Program which also included working with the very handicapped youth as a youth. It was an excellent learning experience and lesson in empathy. Always been physically fit due to early sports which included 4 years swimming for the Indian Wells Valley (IWV) Swim Team, many years of horseback riding lessons & competition: mostly Western Pleasure. 
 
My real estate career really began in 2007, when I started working for the local Coldwell Banker office in Ridgecrest, California as a graphic designer/desktop publisher in marketing. I saw how successful agents ran their own business, on their time and most were making a very good living, and seemed quite happy. I had taken the courses to sit for the "difficult" RE exam and happily passed on my first try, and went to work for CB, mentoring only briefly with my first broker, Kathy Vejtasa. Her expert guidance in pre-listing and listing presentations, pricing, and yearly training in residential sales excellence has made me a strong, knowledgeable, and ethical buyer / seller agent who has executed many different types of transactions and a member of the 1 Million Dollar Club.
